Senior Backend Developer

Your tasks

We are hiring a Senior Backend Developer with 3–7 years of experience to design, build and maintain reliable, scalable services. You will own backend systems end to end and work closely with product and frontend teams in a small, fast-moving environment.

• Design, build and maintain scalable backend services and APIs.
• Model data and design database schemas that stay fast and correct as usage grows.
• Integrate with third-party systems and internal services.
• Write clean, tested, well-documented code and review the work of others.
• Own deployment, monitoring and reliability of what you ship.
• Contribute to technical decisions and mentor less experienced developers.

Requirements

• 3–7 years of experience building and running production backend systems.
• Strong skills in at least one modern backend language and in SQL databases.
• Experience designing APIs and integrating with external systems.
• A habit of writing tested, maintainable code.
• Comfort with cloud deployment and CI/CD.
• Clear communication and the ability to work independently in a small team.

Nice to have

• Experience with timeseries or industrial data.
• Exposure to manufacturing, ERP systems or IoT.
• Previous work at an early-stage startup.
