- Assist servers in delivering food and beverages to guests.
- Clear and reset tables promptly and efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
- Support smooth communication between FOH, bar, and kitchen teams.
- Refill guest necessities such as water, cutlery, napkins, and condiments.
- Assist with opening, closing, and daily outlet preparation.
- Support customer service needs as directed by the Supervisor or Captain Floor.
- Follow company SOPs, hygiene, and service standards.
- Ensure a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for guests.
- Support overall outlet operations and teamwork during service hours.
