You monitor and control the production process according to established procedures and guidelines. This includes: performing production tasks (supply of raw materials, troubleshooting, process control) and the necessary inspections. In your shift, you perform the core activities of the plant, converting raw materials into end products. You do this in accordance with legal and Lubrizol HS&E rules and procedures. Job Content
Your tasks
- Performing production tasks within the predefined procedures
- Performing plant and safety inspections and follow-up advice
- Ensuring autonomous planning and execution of tasks and the necessary communication within the concept of self-steering teams
- Performing specific action steps for team objectives and individual objectives
- Complying with plant and global HS&E procedures
- Acting as production supervisor during emergencies
Requirements
- At least a Vapro B diploma or AOT diploma or willingness to obtain these within a reasonable timeframe
- High safety awareness
- Affinity with process technology
- Experience in the chemical industry
- Experience with advanced process control
- Good communication skills
- A flexible attitude and ability to work independently
- Excellent team player
- Proficiency in the English language
