Your tasks
As an all-round technical assistant, you will work full-time (40 hours per week) in Hoofddorp. This is an excellent opportunity to apply and further develop your technical skills. You will be responsible for inspecting, repairing, and maintaining equipment and installations. You will work in accordance with strict industry standards and have opportunities for professional growth and training within the company. This is a long-term position with the prospect of a permanent contract.
Your working day starts with a team meeting to discuss the schedule and priorities. You will then work independently or alongside colleagues on various technical tasks, such as working on refrigerated containers, carrying out inspections, and performing minor repairs. The role involves hands-on, physical work, ensuring that all equipment meets high quality and safety standards. No two days are the same, as you will alternate between different tasks and work with advanced equipment and materials.
