Production Worker (2-shift system)

As a production worker in this 2-shift system, you will work in a dynamic environment where quality and precision are paramount. You will work from Monday to Friday in alternating shifts. One week you work from 6:00 to 15:00, and the next week from 15:00 to 00:00. You have a 40-minute break, of which 10 minutes are provided by the boss, so you can change clothes calmly. This position offers excellent growth opportunities and chances to further develop your skills; for example, you could grow into an operator in the future.

You start your workday with a short team meeting in which the goals for the day are discussed. After that, you start with your tasks, such as: operating production machines, checking the quality of the products, processing the necessary documentation, manual production work, and packaging products. Hygiene and safety are crucial, so you work according to strict protocols in the cleanroom. Collaborating with your team is essential to ensure production runs smoothly.
