Electrical Supervisor / Electrical Site Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise a team of electricians/workers for electrical installation, servicing, maintenance and rectification works .
• Hands-on knowledge in electrical installation works, including cable laying, cable termination, DB installation, MCB/MCCB replacement, lighting, isolators and electrical equipment .
• Attend site servicing and troubleshooting works and provide technical guidance to workers.
• Able to identify electrical faults and recommend suitable rectification works.
• Plan and assign daily work to workers and ensure works are completed safely and on schedule.
• Supervise testing, inspection, installation and replacement of electrical components.
• Able to read and understand Single Line Diagrams (SLD), electrical drawings and basic AutoCAD drawings .
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors and site personnel.
• Ensure electrical works comply with site requirements, safety requirements and good workmanship standards.
• Attend site meetings, inspections, testing & commissioning and project handover when required.
• Drive company vehicle to transport workers, tools or materials to job sites when required.

Requirements:

• Must have good hands-on electrical installation and servicing experience .
• Able to independently lead a team to carry out electrical servicing, maintenance and installation works.
• Strong knowledge of electrical troubleshooting and fault finding .
• Experience with DBs, switchboards, circuit breakers, cables and electrical distribution systems preferred.
• Able to read Single Line Diagrams and electrical drawings.
• Able to communicate and coordinate effectively with workers and customers.
• Must possess a valid Singapore Class 3 Driving Licence.
• Responsible, independent and willing to work hands-on at site.
• Relevant NITEC / Higher NITEC / Diploma or electrical qualification preferred.
