Construction Project Manager

Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to plan, coordinate, and deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Responsibilities Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets to guide project execution and control Coordinate internal teams, contractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure seamless collaboration and timely delivery Monitor project progress, costs, risks, and quality to maintain alignment with objectives and standards Provide regular project updates and reports to stakeholders for transparency and informed decision-making Identify and resolve project issues promptly to ensure milestones are achieved on schedule Ensure compliance with relevant safety and regulatory requirements to maintain a safe and lawful work environment Preferred competencies and qualifications Relevant qualification in project management, construction, engineering, or a related field Previous project management experience Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software Strong communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills applied to managing budgets, schedules, and multiple stakeholders
