(Senior) Product Owner / Solution Engineer (m/f/d)

The position is available at our Lichtenau or Dresden site.

Main tasks

You will be part of a team of solution managers responsible for the full lifecycle of products and projects based on the LS telcom cloud and microservice-based platform

You will develop a strong systemic knowledge of LS telcom enterprise solution in order to make informed product decisions

You will design solutions that align with our main product and its long-term vision

You will guide and challenge developers on a day-to-day basis, ensuring technical decisions reflect both immediate needs and long-term maintainability

You will serve as a point of contact for stakeholders, project managers, and other requirement sources – including direct customer input

You will evaluate new ideas and requirements for feasibility, develop product strategies, and drive them through internal review, working closely with the product lead to shape and approve any changes to the platform

In close collaboration with fellow Product Owners and your line manager, you will own release planning as well as the creation, maintenance, and prioritization of the main product backlog

You will work daily alongside our Quality Assurance, DevSecOps, and Production IT teams

Qualification Profile

You hold a degree in electrical engineering, computer science, or natural sciences – or bring a comparable qualification with a strong IT background

You bring several years of professional experience as a Product Owner or Solution Manager

You are a fast learner, self-starter capable of strong analytical thinking, with a proven ability to translate complex requirements into clear, actionable documentation for development teams

You are eager to deeply familiarize yourself with the sophisticated functionalities of the LS telcom software solutions

You are comfortable working regularly in English, both in written communication and when engaging with our international customers and teams; German language skills would be an advantage

You are willing to work on-site at our Lichtenau headquarters on a regular, mutually agreed basis
