Electrical Site Engineer

Key Responsibilities Supervise and monitor daily site activities and work progress.

Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and site supervisors.

Review project drawings, shop drawings, and as-built drawings.

Coordinate with QA/QC for inspections, testing, and corrective actions.

Coordinate ongoing activities with other trades working in the same area.

Prepare daily site status reports and highlight progress, challenges, and required actions.

Coordinate manpower, materials, and equipment to meet project deadlines.

Check and hand over subcontractor work to the QA/QC Department.

Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering .

3–5 years of relevant site experience .

MV Installation experience is preferred .

Good knowledge of AutoCAD and Microsoft Office .

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Good communication, negotiation, and teamwork skills.
