- Establish, review, and improve company procedures and business rules.
- Develop and manage approval workflows and authority matrices.
- Monitor compliance and conduct internal training on procedures.
- Coordinate annual budgeting, cost control, and variance analysis.
- Prepare management reports and support decision-making processes.
- Drive process improvements and support ERP system integration.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field Experience:
- 3–5 years’ experience in: Planning / Audit / Internal control / Business analysis
- Experience in: budgeting, reporting and process improvement
Skills
- Strong analytical and logical thinking
- Understanding of business operations and financial impact
- Ability to design and improve processes
- Good communication and coordination skills
