  • Invoicing on Secib invoicing software: Case management (opening, closing, setup); Preparation, modification, editing of draft invoices and sending to clients after validation; Filing in the GED; Client reminders.
  • Classic/legal assistance: Management of the Outlook calendar and meeting room reservations; Organization of travel via Egencia, video conferences/conference calls (Teams); Opening of physical and GED files, filing and archiving of files; Entry of the partner's expense reports via Notilus; Monitoring the team budget; Updating presentation materials; Management of the RPVA key; Monitoring the procedural calendar; Preparation of pleading files; Contacting applicants; Non-exhaustive missions.

Your profile:

You hold a bac+2 degree in assistance/secretarial studies.

You have good practice in secretarial work in general and have a minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar position working with one or more partners in a law firm.

You have perfect mastery of all office tools Word, Powerpoint and especially Excel (indispensable). You demonstrate great organizational rigor and great reactivity. Ideally, you know the Secib invoicing software.

You speak professional or even fluent English and have good legal knowledge.
