Capital markets lawyer - CDI

The Luxembourg banking and financial law team is part of our global network and possesses a wide range of expertise, including syndicated loans, financial regulation, capital markets and debt restructuring.

What we ask:

• You have a background in finance or corporate law;
• You have several years of relevant experience in the field of capital markets, preferably at a law firm. Knowledge of the equity capital market is considered an advantage;
• You speak fluent English and preferably also French. Knowledge of other languages, such as German and/or Luxembourgish, is considered an advantage;
• You are a team player, take initiative and possess excellent communication skills;
• You have a strong ability to analyze and summarize information, and have a keen eye for detail;
• You have an entrepreneurial attitude and a "can-do" mentality;
