Operation manager

To manage, control and monitor operational activities including staffing, training and development and visual merchandising to ensure smooth operation and achievement of target

Monitor and drive team performance by setting annual work target and responsible for work achievement

Review and analyze staff performance for each team

To ensure daily company operations are complying to Standard Operating Procedure

Regular meeting with the operations and training teams to create strategic planning

Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience in related fields is required, preferably from the retail industry

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

Strong analytical, interpersonal skills and communication skills
