Due to our growth, we are looking for reinforcement in our Finance department at our company headquarters. More than 40 subsidiaries are currently part of the Loxone Group. This brings many exciting challenges and varied tasks.

Your tasks

• Independent processing of the ongoing accounting for the assigned companies of the Loxone Group (incoming invoices, bank, accounts payable, ...)

• Independent processing of accounts receivable management

• Preparatory work for the annual financial statements according to UGB

• Conscientious preparation of tax returns

• Comprehensive support of our global subsidiaries in the field of accounting

• Collaboration in internal reporting

Your profile

• Completed training as an accountant (e.g., WIFI/BFI, HAK with accounting module)

• Preferably practical experience in accounting

• Knowledge of payroll accounting is an advantage

• Accuracy, sense of responsibility, reliability, and a structured way of working

• High affinity for numbers as well as cross-team thinking and working

• Discretion and loyalty

• Proficient MS Office application skills (especially Excel), ideally experience with accounting software (Microsoft Dynamics NAV is an advantage, but not a must)

• Very good knowledge of English (spoken and written)

• Part-time employment also possible (from 15 hours per week)
