The Operational Excellence Manager is responsible for the sustainable optimization of the group's operational performance. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Supervise and lead the team in charge of processes and operational excellence,
  • Develop skills and structure expertise,

  • Identify, formalize, and disseminate best practices,
  • Structure and animate business communities (processes, quality, operational excellence),
  • Foster experience sharing and collective intelligence.

SEARCH PROFILE

  • Education: Master's degree (engineering school, business school, or equivalent).

EXPERIENCE

  • 8 to 12 years of experience in operations, operational excellence, or consulting.
  • Proven experience in team management.
  • Solid experience in managing complex and cross-functional projects.

KEY COMPETENCIES

  • Mastery of continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, MRP, etc.).
