Legal Intern - Business Law

Loxam is looking for a Legal Intern starting from September 1, 2026, to join the Group's Legal Department, based at the headquarters in La Défense, and work on various business law files.

Reporting to the Legal Department, your missions will be as follows: Analysis, commentary, and drafting of contracts and all legal documents for France and/or International; Legal research on various business law issues (commercial law, civil law, consumer law, company law, NTIC, etc.) for France and/or International; Support for lawyers and legal managers during internal and external meetings for France and/or International; Regulatory monitoring; Assistance to the team's lawyers for any French and international legal requests and consultations.

You are preparing a Master 2 in private law and are looking for a 6-month internship in a stimulating environment within a leading Group in its sector, and you have had a first experience in a law firm or a company.
