We are seeking an E-Commerce Assistant to join our team and contribute to the smooth operation of our online business. The E-Commerce Assistant will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our online store. Responsibilities include managing customer inquiries, processing orders, maintaining inventory records, assisting with digital marketing campaigns, and ensuring the overall efficiency of our e-commerce platform. The ideal candidate will also support store operations, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and help maintain accurate documentation using Microsoft Office tools.

We are looking for candidates with an SMP education level and between 1 to 3 years of relevant experience. Would suit someone with creative skills as the role requires the creative skills of preparing beautiful baby gifts using our embroidery machine. Strong skills in customer service, teamwork, and store operations are essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and other Microsoft Office applications is required.
