Executive (Governance & Corporate Communications) (GCC)
Responsibilities: -
- Digital Communications & Presence
Monitor digital corporate branding to ensure accuracy and consistency across public-facing digital channels and ensure appropriate digital use of corporate collaterals to strengthen crisis prevention and avert reputational risk. Manage and update the Loving Heart website to facilitate stakeholder engagement and enhance brand awareness and collaborate with the Lead, GCC in advancement & advocacy initiatives and online storytelling to promote successful awareness and appeal campaigns. Ensure the security, accuracy, clarity, and integrity of digital communications platforms, maintaining strict alignment with Loving Heart’s organisational governance and information management frameworks.
- Data Governance, Process, and Compliance
Serve as the Assistant Data Protection Officer (ADPO) for Corporate Services. Assist in formulating, implementing, and monitoring compliance with data protection, privacy, and confidentiality policies for HQ functions and across Loving Heart. Facilitate data protection and data governance processes and ensure user compliance with secure data management practices (in line with PDPA / IAPP / ISO 27001 standards), sector regulations. Partner with the ADPO for the Active Ageing Cluster and the Lead, GCC to ensure robust IT security and data governance protocols are maintained at the operational frontline, and map current processes spanning across corporate and frontline teams to identify inefficiencies, develop standardised workflows, and coordinate the creation, dissemination, and implementation of integrated system and process SOPs.
- Digital Strategy, Systems, and IT Operations
Develop, update, and maintain the organisation’s digital transformation roadmap, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities. Identify and evaluate digital solutions to support long-term goals and practices compliant with established ITSM frameworks such as ITIL and COBIT. Coordinate with vendors for system development, troubleshooting, customisation, maintenance, and Service Level compliance. Lead the UAT and rollout of key enterprise systems (e.g., Service Delivery modules, HRIS, Accounting System). Ensure systems are configured by vendors with the appropriate permissions, workflows, and data structures. Manage the IT infrastructure and provide general IT administration and respond to end-user technical support requests.
- Staff Enablement & Change Management
Create digital training materials, SOPs, user manuals, and onboarding guides. Support the new systems onboarding of staff and volunteers through workshops and hands-on system training. Drive cross-department digital transformation and change-adoption initiatives and serve as the key point of contact for staff queries during system rollouts and stabilisation.
Requirements: -
- Diploma or Degree in an Information Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline.
- Sound understanding of data privacy principles e.g. PDPA
- Hands-on familiarity with enterprise system implementation (e.g., SLA Management, UAT processes) and stakeholder management.
