*Responsibilities*

• Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional customer service throughout their shopping experience
• Demonstrate products and explain features to help customers make informed purchasing decisions
• Assist with merchandising displays to ensure attractive and organized product presentation
• Operate POS systems accurately for sales transactions, cash handling, and receipts
• Conduct product demos for new or featured items to engage customers and promote sales
• Upsell complementary products and accessories to maximize sales opportunities
• Maintain knowledge of current promotions, store policies, and product information
• Manage time efficiently to serve multiple customers during busy periods
• Use phone etiquette skills to answer inquiries and assist remote or in-store customers
• Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and well-stocked

*Qualifications*

• Previous experience in retail sales, merchandising, or technical sales preferred
• Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse customers
• Bilingual abilities (English plus additional languages) are a plus
• Familiarity with POS systems, cashiering, cash handling, and basic math skills
• Customer service-oriented mindset with excellent phone etiquette and organizational skills
• Ability to perform product demos confidently and effectively explain technical features
• Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks during peak hours
• Knowledge of upselling techniques to enhance customer purchases
• Ability to work well in a team environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities
