HR Manager
Responsibilities:
Build and implement the company's HR strategy and policies. Lead recruitment, onboarding, and employee induction. Develop performance management systems and appraisal processes. Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with Nigerian labour regulations. Manage employee relations and resolve workplace issues professionally. Develop training and employee development programmes. Oversee compensation, leave administration, and HR documentation. Drive employee engagement and organisational culture initiatives. Advise management on HR best practices and workforce planning. Ensure HR processes are efficient, consistent, and legally compliant.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, Psychology, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years' HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial position
Professional HR certification (CIPM, SHRM, HRCI, or equivalent) is an advantage Strong knowledge of Nigerian labour laws and HR best practices Demonstrated experience building or improving HR systems and processes Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills High level of integrity, professionalism, and discretion Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR information systems.
