WAREHOUSE OPERATIONS EXECUTIVE

(Full Time)

We are looking for a Warehouse Operations Executive to support daily warehouse and fulfilment operations. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate inventory handling, timely order processing, and smooth coordination between warehouse and retail/e-commerce teams. The ideal candidate is organised, hands-on, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities:

• Pick, pack, and process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Receive, sort, and organise incoming stock deliveries.
• Conduct stock replenishment and inventory transfers between warehouse and stores.
• Perform stock counts and assist in inventory audits.
• Ensure all products are tagged, packed, and stored properly.
• Coordinate with retail and customer service teams on order fulfilment matters.
• Assist with returns processing and quality checks.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the warehouse.
• Support ad hoc warehouse and operational duties when required

Requirements

• Able to carry and move cartons/products when required
• Detail-oriented and responsible with good organisational skills
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Basic knowledge of inventory or warehouse systems is an advantage
• Prior experience in retail, warehouse, or e-commerce operations preferred but not mandatory
• Tech savvy
• A flexible team member with the ability to build and maintain co-operative & positive relationships.
• Physically fit
