Visual Merchandising Specialist

The figure will report directly to the Retail Director and will have the main objective of defining and applying VM guidelines in order to maximize product attractiveness for all stores and outlets in the chain.

Their main responsibilities will be:

• Create displays in line with the commercial and visual merchandising policies of the reference Brand
• Set up window displays following a defined commercial calendar
• Develop tools to ensure the implementation and adaptation of guidelines across the entire chain
• Plan store visits to support teams for realignment or training
• Oversee the setup of new stores
• Monitor and verify the correct execution of window displays and layouts
• Support the operational management of special projects
• Analyze competitor display strategies and market display trends

Necessary skills:

• Significant experience gained in other retail contexts
• Passion for the fashion and retail sector
• Teamworking, ability to collaborate both with other corporate bodies and with external suppliers
• Good knowledge of the English language
• Knowledge of the Office package and Adobe (Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign)
• Availability for mobility within the territory and travel; must hold a Category B driver's license

A fixed-term contract is offered
