Job Description

Reporting to the Senior Development Analyst, the intern will help identify strategic opportunities and ensure the successful growth of the company.

The intern's missions are divided between the French market (75%) and international markets (25%).

👉 Your main missions will be as follows:

• You will prepare financial feasibilities and fee projections for franchise, HMA, and lease opportunities - with or without capital commitments.
• You will conduct comprehensive market studies, analyze performance trends, and monitor developments in the hospitality industry.
• You will perform necessary ad hoc analyses to support the Strategy and Development team.
• You will assist the development team in preparing development committee files (in English).
• You will maintain the development pipeline.
• You will help organize and participate in trade fairs.
• You will coordinate with the communication team on all development publications and various marketing materials.

Qualifications

👉 Profile sought:

• With a BAC+4/5 education from a hotel school or business school, you have strong analytical and organizational skills.
• You are known for your rigor, organization, and ability to work independently.
• You are curious and know how to take initiative in a dynamic environment.
• You necessarily have a good level of English (minimum B2) which will allow you to interact with various stakeholders.
• Excel has no secrets from you (Pivot Tables, macros, building statistical tables, using formulas…).
• Experience with STR hotel performance data and knowledge of the hospitality world would be a plus.
