Job Description

As a multi-skilled employee, you will offer our customers top-notch service. If you accept, your main missions will be as follows:

IN RESTAURANT SERVICES

  • Perform the restaurant setup.
  • Take customer orders and ensure their distribution.
  • Participate in the processing of customer invoices.
  • Manage customer complaints and inform your hierarchy.
  • Run the bar and optimize offers and sales.
  • Ensure the cleaning of the dining area, the restaurant, and other spaces.

IN RECEPTION

  • Welcoming and checking in customers
  • Managing telephone calls and reservations
  • Invoicing and payments

Additional Information

The position is offered on a basis of 24 hours per week, with a flexible schedule according to the needs of the establishment.

As an indication, the usual hours are mainly:

  • Monday to Thursday: 6:00 PM - 10:00 PM, in dining room service
  • Sunday: 2:00 PM / 10:30 PM, in reception

Depending on the activity and the needs of the establishment, some weeks may be organized differently, notably with days in reception (on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays) and rest days during the week.

The schedule is communicated in advance and can therefore vary from one week to another, while respecting the hourly volume provided for in the contract.

Hourly rate: 12.31€ gross
