FLOOR MANAGER M/F (autonomous position)

We are looking for a passionate and experienced person to take charge of the reception and dining room service with full autonomy.

You will be the ambassador of the establishment in the dining room and the guarantor of a fluid, personalized, and irreproachable service. Your missions:

• Ensure customer reception, seating, and order taking
• Perform the entirety of the dining room service, setup, sending, and clearing follow-up
• Manage the wine list
• Manage relations with the kitchen
• Manage reservations and ensure personalized service for customers
• Manage billing

Profile sought:

• Significant experience in a gastronomic or Michelin-starred restaurant
• Solid knowledge of wines (food and beverage pairings)
• Good level of English
• Autonomy, versatility, sense of responsibility, adaptability, organization, and attention to detail
• Sense of hospitality, neat presentation, excellent communication

You are in charge of a dining room of 24 covers, you work from Wednesday to Saturday, from 08:00 to 14:00 and from 18:00 to 22:00. 3 consecutive days off: Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday. Net salary of 1900 euros to be negotiated based on experience You enjoy contact with customers, you are passionate about the restaurant sector, or you wish to join a human-sized Michelin-starred restaurant.
