- Weighbridge Operations Management
Quản lý và vận hành hệ thống cân cầu Manage and control inbound and outbound cargo weighing activities.
Quản lý và kiểm soát hoạt động cân hàng nhập kho và xuất kho. Monitor, operate, and coordinate calibration and inspection activities to ensure the 100-ton weighbridge, 5-ton scale, and 300-kg scale operate accurately and reliably.
Theo dõi, vận hành và phối hợp kiểm định, kiểm tra nhằm đảm bảo cân cầu 100 tấn, cân 05 tấn và cân 300 kg hoạt động chính xác và ổn định. Prepare reports, reconcile weighing records, and conduct regular verification of weighing data with relevant departments.

Hướng dẫn, điều động và giám sát nhân viên bảo vệ tại cổng thực hiện các công việc liên quan đến cân hàng hóa. Recommend process improvements to enhance operational efficiency, reduce vehicle waiting time, and optimize weighing processes.

- Warehouse & Inventory Management
Quản lý kho hàng và tồn kho Monitor warehouse security and cargo safety during storage, ensuring products are stored correctly by designated zones and lots to prevent damage or collapse.
Giám sát tình hình an ninh kho bãi và an toàn hàng hóa trong quá trình lưu trữ; đảm bảo hàng hóa được sắp xếp đúng khu vực (Zone), lô hàng (Lot), tránh tình trạng đổ ngã. Monitor physical inventory levels and promptly identify and report risks affecting product quantity or quality.
Theo dõi tồn kho thực tế, phát hiện và báo cáo kịp thời các rủi ro có thể ảnh hưởng đến số lượng hoặc chất lượng hàng hóa. Manage warehouse tools, equipment, and materials, and propose procurement or replenishment when necessary.
Quản lý công cụ, dụng cụ và vật tư kho; đề xuất mua sắm, bổ sung khi cần thiết. Participate in periodic and ad-hoc inventory counts for coffee and non-coffee products as assigned.
Tham gia kiểm kê hàng cà phê và hàng phi cà phê theo định kỳ hoặc theo yêu cầu. Maintain accurate and up-to-date warehouse stock records reflecting inventory receipts, issues, and balances.
Cập nhật và theo dõi thẻ kho đầy đủ, kịp thời và chính xác theo tình hình nhập - xuất - tồn. Recommend initiatives to minimize stock losses, improve inventory accuracy, and maximize equipment utilization.
Đề xuất các giải pháp giảm thiểu thất thoát hàng hóa, nâng cao độ chính xác tồn kho và tối ưu hiệu quả sử dụng thiết bị. Ensure proper filing and retention of stock cards, weighbridge tickets, and related operational documents.

- Safety, Health & Environment (SHE) Compliance
Tuân thủ An toàn, Sức khỏe và Môi trường (SHE) Guide and supervise loaders, contractors, and visitors to comply with warehouse safety requirements and procedures.
Hướng dẫn và giám sát công nhân bốc xếp, nhà thầu và khách hàng tuân thủ các quy định an toàn khi làm việc tại kho. Monitor housekeeping activities before and after warehouse operations to maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
Giám sát và đôn đốc công tác vệ sinh kho bãi trước và sau hoạt động nhập xuất, đảm bảo môi trường làm việc sạch sẽ, gọn gàng. Conduct routine inspection, maintenance, and operation of firefighting equipment, fire protection systems, generators, conveyors, bag-counting machines, and other warehouse equipment.
Thực hiện kiểm tra, vệ sinh và vận hành định kỳ hệ thống PCCC, máy phát điện, băng tải, máy đếm bao và các thiết bị kho khác. Promptly report unsafe acts or unsafe conditions and recommend corrective actions to prevent incidents.
Báo cáo kịp thời các hành vi và điều kiện làm việc không an toàn, đồng thời đề xuất các biện pháp khắc phục phù hợp.
- Operational Reporting & Documentation
Báo cáo và quản lý hồ sơ nghiệp vụ 4.1 Weighbridge Report Báo cáo cân cầu Extract inbound and outbound transaction data from the weighbridge system.
Chiết xuất dữ liệu nhập và xuất hàng từ hệ thống cân cầu. Frequency: Daily, when transactions occur.
Tần suất: Hàng ngày khi phát sinh giao dịch. 4.2 Warehouse Stock Report Báo cáo thẻ kho Track inventory receipts, issues, and balances for coffee stocks by storage zone.
Theo dõi tình hình nhập, xuất và tồn kho cà phê theo từng khu vực lưu trữ (Zone). Frequency: Daily, when transactions occur.
Tần suất: Hàng ngày khi phát sinh giao dịch. 4.3 Scale Verification Report Báo cáo kiểm tra cân Coordinate weight verification between the 100-ton weighbridge and 5-ton scale, and issue testing reports upon completion.
Thực hiện đối chiếu, kiểm tra giữa cân cầu 100 tấn và cân 05 tấn; lập và gửi báo cáo kết quả sau khi hoàn tất kiểm tra. Frequency: As required.
Tần suất: Khi có yêu cầu phát sinh.
Experience / Kinh nghiệm: Minimum 5 years in warehouse experiences at multinational companies; Tối thiểu 5 năm kinh nghiệm làm kho ở các công ty đa quốc gia;
Other skills (Computer Skills, etc) / Các kỹ năng khác (Máy tính, v.v.) Strong team player and eager to learn;
Có tinh thần đồng đội và sẵn sàng học hỏi; Good in communication skills and interpersonal skills;
