Senior Solution Specialist – SAP PP & QM

We are looking for a senior specialist in SAP PP and QM to act as a technical and functional reference for Planning and Quality processes, with strong interaction with the business and active participation in global SAP S/4HANA initiatives. As a Senior Solution Specialist SAP PP/QM, you will be the solution owner, having an end-to-end view of the processes and integration with the entire SAP ecosystem. Your day-to-day will involve three major fronts:
- SAP PP & QM Reference and integrations
Act as the focal point for the SAP PP and QM modules, including integration with MM, IM, and other flows. Translate business needs into robust and scalable SAP solutions. Design cross-functional processes, ensuring adherence to the company's strategy. Define standards, best practices, guidelines, and systemic impacts. Ensure the maintenance, evolution, and stability of the processes under your responsibility.
- Strategic business partner & continuous improvement
Manage relationships with areas to define priorities and generate value. Work with KPIs and measurable indicators, ensuring visibility and performance. Develop and conduct action plans for continuous improvements and resolution of recurring incidents. Work collaboratively with other domains to ensure end-to-end design of solutions.
- Global SAP S/4HANA Project
Participate in the global SAP S/4HANA roadmap. Act in global projects, from conception to solution delivery. Ensure that implemented solutions are aligned with SAP best practices and business needs.
Solid experience in SAP PP (Production Planning & Execution). Solid experience in SAP QM (Quality Management). Experience with IT best practices. Intermediate experience in SAP IM (Inventory Management). Strong understanding of PP & QM business processes.
Advanced English. Completed undergraduate degree. Availability to work in a 4x1 model at the São Paulo office.
