PROCESS ENGINEER

Main tasks: Supervising project implementation, cross-departmental cooperation, participating in the development and implementation of technologies with partners from international environments; Cooperation with other company units and contractors to transfer information and documentation to partners according to their needs (service in English); Creating workstation instructions and process descriptions after the implementation of new technological solutions, training operators in the operation of implemented technologies; Optimization of production processes in terms of quality and efficiency requirements by monitoring process indicators; Identification of losses, bottlenecks, and process non-conformities and their elimination; Analysis of existing processes and implementation of improvements (Lean manufacturing), creating and implementing Lean Management standards (Kaizen, 5S, Six Sigma, Poka-Yoke); Supporting department employees to solve problems on the production line and minimize downtime; Ability to organize and plan the work of production departments in terms of operational production preparation; Participation in investment projects
Expected competencies: Higher education - preferably specializing in chemical technology, chemistry, food technology, or other related fields; Communicative knowledge of English in speech and writing (contact with partners from all over the world); Practical knowledge of Lean Management tools and techniques (e.g., Kaizen, 5S, Six Sigma, Poka-Yoke); Awareness of OHS and process safety principles; Ability to analyze data and work with KPI, good self-organization, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work under time pressure. Nice to have: Experience in an engineering position related to production process optimization and implementation or optimization projects; Ability to use CAD software (e.g., AutoCad or similar) and the SAP system; Knowledge of technical English (documentation, specifications); Knowledge of technical drawing.
