Main Responsibilities Acquire a comprehensive understanding of the company, its business model, and the coffee value chain, with a focus on the commercial side in Mexico. Manage projects and assigned tasks in conjunction with the program leader or mentor, ensuring continuous learning and an active contribution to the team. Develop technical and strategic skills linked to Origination, trading, and international markets. Analyze data, identify improvement opportunities, and propose initiatives that generate value for the business. Participate in rotations designed to strengthen the integral vision of the business, interpersonal skills, and the capacity for innovation. Prepare and present a final report summarizing the knowledge acquired, the experience developed, and the results obtained during the program. Rotation Experience The selected person will report to the Country Origination Manager and will have the opportunity to rotate through key areas such as Origination, Marketing, Back Office, Sustentabilidad, Research, Trading, Controlling, Industria, and Execution. During these rotations, the participant will: Visit local supplier coffee farms, obtaining a direct view of the certification process required by international buyers. Understand the front to end process of the coffee supply chain.
Requirements and Skills Recent graduates or students in their final year of degrees such as Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Agronomy, Engineering, Agricultural Marketing, Agribusiness Management, or related fields. Advanced level of English (mandatory). Approximately 1 year of experience is expected; internships in commercial, trading, or analytical areas are valued. Solid knowledge of Excel; Power BI is a plus. Programming knowledge (Python and/or R), data visualization tools, and Artificial Intelligence (desirable). Availability to travel and temporarily relocate within Mexico. Strong service orientation, attention to detail, and focus on results. Excellent interpersonal communication skills, ability to work in multicultural environments, collaborative attitude, analytical thinking, flexibility, and an entrepreneurial spirit to develop in a dynamic and highly competitive environment.
