• Administrative Management of Department Documents and Contracts
• Application Support (interaction with users and global teams for incident resolution)

• Generation of area performance KPIs
• Monitoring of Tickets (Incidents, Requests, Changes)

• Currently in the 3rd Year or higher of Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Systems Analysis, and related courses, or currently in the 2nd Year of Information Technology (for Technologist courses)
• Advanced/Fluent English (Mandatory)

• Interpersonal relationship, teamwork, and leadership skills
• Knowledge of Power BI (desirable)

• Knowledge of Power APP (desired)
• Knowledge of CAPEX and OPEX (desirable)

• Office Package
• Agile
