Maintenance Analyst

We are looking to hire a Maintenance Analyst to join the Maintenance Engineering team at our Timbúes plant. The purpose of the position is to ensure the correct execution of the administrative circuits of the maintenance area and generate management information that facilitates the monitoring of services, budgets, and indicators. We are looking for an organized, analytical, and proactive person, with an interest in developing in a dynamic industrial environment and actively participating in the planning and improvement of maintenance processes. Main responsibilities Manage the administrative circuits of maintenance, including purchase requests, purchase orders, and service entry sheets. Prepare and keep updated the management reports of the area, including OPEX and CAPEX budgets, maintenance indicators, training, and monitoring of root cause analysis. Control supplier delivery notes, manage their entry into the system, and participate in the corresponding approval circuit. Monitor services and contracted labor during plant shutdowns. Integrate the planning team during maintenance shutdowns. Prepare specifications related to the sector and monitor their execution. Participate in root cause analysis and plant improvement groups. Administer and keep updated the manuals and mechanical maintenance documentation. Coordinate sector training together with supervisors and the Human Resources team.
Graduate or advanced student of Mechanical, Electromechanical, or Industrial Engineering, or Mechanical or Electromechanical Technician. Approximately one year of experience in industrial areas. General knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and predictive maintenance. Advanced use of Microsoft Office. Knowledge of SAP. Intermediate English level, especially for reading manuals and technical documentation.
