We are looking for a controlling analyst with strong analytical capacity, technical mastery, and business vision, contributing to the digital transformation of the area and the generation of insights for decision-making. Create projection models with a focus on business area performance; Support the generation of performance indicators (KPIs) and ad-hoc analyses for leadership; Develop and maintain dashboards and financial and operational reports in Power BI, ensuring data accuracy; Support budget cycles, forecast, management closing, and budget vs. actual; Connect different databases by performing extraction, modeling, and analysis of information; Collaborate with Commercial, Middle-Office, and Data analytics teams to ensure consistent and relevant data; Support analyses involving foreign exchange derivatives and other financial instruments, when necessary.

Completed higher education in Technology, Engineering, Economics, Administration, Accounting, or related fields; Knowledge of statistical models and growth projections; Experience in multinational or agribusiness environments; Knowledge of data structuring and governance; Knowledge of foreign exchange and commodity derivatives (desirable); Advanced English.

Availability to work in a hybrid model (4x1) in São Paulo-SP.
