Draft initial claims, defenses, and tax appeals of medium and high complexity in the administrative and judicial spheres, involving direct, indirect, and social security taxes;

Perform oral arguments before tax administration bodies and judicial courts;

Handle municipal, state, and federal inspections of medium and high complexity, aiming to mitigate assessments and notices of violation;

Ensure the company's tax regularity before tax authorities;

Monitor legislative and jurisprudential changes and other relevant updates in the tax area;

Act preventively in the company's commercial operations, assessing tax risks, avoiding assessments, and contributing to the optimization of the tax burden;

Conduct high-complexity tax processes;

Act in partnership with internal areas for the mitigation of tax risks and exposure;

Monitor processes under the responsibility of external law firms, ensuring strategic alignment and technical quality;

Continuously develop technical knowledge and specialization in tax themes related to the company's sector of operation.

• Degree in Law;
• Active registration with the OAB;
• Solid experience in administrative and judicial processes;
• Intermediate English.
