Logistics Coordinator Location: Bradford, BD4 (site-based, office based) Salary: £29,100 Job Type: Full-time, Permanent, Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5pm Loom Talent is recruiting a Logistics Coordinator on behalf of a consolidation centre operator in Bradford, working at the heart of their day-to-day warehousing and distribution activity for a major UK retailer. This is a site-based, office role within a small, close-knit team, requiring daily interaction with the warehousing team, transport providers and colleagues across different departments to keep fulfilment running smoothly. What you'll be doing: Coordinating day-to-day logistics activity from the office, working closely with the warehousing team to track stock, orders and dispatch Managing stakeholder relationships and liaising with different departments across the business, as well as acting as a day-to-day point of contact for a major UK retailer as the key customer Working with transport providers to arrange and coordinate deliveries and collections to schedule Prioritising and managing a varied workload across multiple orders, requests and deadlines, while maintaining accurate records and reporting using MS Excel What we're looking for: Computer literate, with at minimum intermediate MS Excel skills Confident liaising with internal stakeholders and different departments, and handling customer queries professionally Experience working with transport and coordinating deliveries or collections Able to prioritise and manage a busy, varied workload A strong cultural fit for a small, collaborative, friendly team with a positive sense of humour, comfortable working closely and communicating daily with warehouse-based colleagues Advantageous: Previous experience in distribution, warehousing, supply chain or logistics Customer service skills Why apply: Join a small, friendly, collaborative team with a great working culture Monday to Friday hours, 8:30am to 5pm, no weekend working Site-based role at a consolidation centre in Bradford, BD4 Salary of £29,100 To apply, or for a confidential conversation about the role, contact Kieran Hayes at Loom Talent ,
