HR Coordinator

12 month FTC Warwickshire Hybrid - 3 days onsite £35,000-£38,000

Loom Talent are partnering exclusively to recruit for a HR Coordinator to join a busy team in the education sector. They are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive HR coordinator to join them on a FTC basis reporting in to the HR Director.

What you will be doing Coordinate all HR and administrative activities, providing support throughout the employee onboarding process Manage and monitor tickets, ensuring queries and actions are followed up and resolved efficiently Oversee workflows and identify opportunities to improve processes and ways of working Assist with the implementation of the new HRIS What they are looking for Experience in a similar role Confident building relationships with key stakeholders Ideally qualified in or working towards CIPD
