Look Up, a space Deeptech (SpaceTech) company, is developing a sovereign capability that addresses civil security (Space Traffic Management) and defense challenges in space . This capability relies on a space surveillance radar network consisting of a combination of cloud infrastructures, physical servers, network equipment, industrial controllers, and software.

Within the Radar Network Operations hub, as a Lead Radar Network Operations Engineer (M/F), at the intersection of operations, advanced support (level 2/3), and continuous improvement of the radar network, you will intervene in the context of the structuring and scaling up of the radar sensor network. You will strengthen operational supervision, complex incident management, and global system reliability through the following missions:

Network supervision and performance

  • Contribute to the industrialization of supervision
  • Define, monitor, and improve performance indicators (KPI)
  • Supervise the radar sensor network and the associated data supply chain

Operations and availability management

  • Coordinate the operational supervision of the network
  • Ensure system availability in connection with the MCO teams
  • Validate and prioritize technical interventions according to operational constraints

Complex incident management

  • Intervene in support of operators on complex incidents (level 2)
  • Perform in-depth technical diagnostics (logs, telemetry, systems)
  • Manage escalation to engineering and maintenance teams
  • Ensure the follow-up and resolution of critical incidents

Continuous improvement and reliability

  • Analyze recurring incidents and identify root causes
  • Propose improvement actions validated by the Head of radar operations and manage their deployment
  • Evolve operations and remediation procedures subject to validation by the Head of radar operations
  • Contribute to the global reliability of the systems

Documentation and structuring

  • Write and maintain operational procedures
  • Structure operations best practices
  • Capitalize on lessons learned (REX)
