E - Learning Developer Intern

Your tasks

• Create content outlines, storyboards, and detailed learning scripts for interactive modules, animation videos, and video shoots.
• Design end-to-end learning flow, including course structure, objectives, and user journey.
• Develop engaging and interactive learning modules and quizzes.
• Design and build content using Articulate Storyline 3 (preferably Adobe Animate).
• Apply instructional design principles and ensure compliance with SCORM/xAPI standards.
• Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts and animators to produce effective and visually appealing learning materials.
• Revise and enhance modules based on feedback and learning analytics.

Requirements

• Final-year student or fresh graduate in Educational Technology or a related field.
• Familiar with Training Needs Analysis (TNA) concepts.
• Proficient in Google Workspace (especially Google Docs and Google Slides).
• Proficient in Adobe Animate & Articulate Storyline 3.
• Understands instructional design principles and SCORM/xAPI settings.
• Basic experience in creating content outlines, storyboards, or learning content is a plus.
• Detail-oriented, user-focused, and able to deliver high-quality interactive content.
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, communicative, ability to structure content clearly, team-oriented, and open to collaboration.
• Willing to commit to a 6-month internship period and work on-site at Look Media’s Workshop (Kebayoran Lama, South Jakarta).
