• Experience within production, logistics, cleanroom environments, pharmacy, biotechnology, or another regulated environment is a plus.

• The ability to follow procedures accurately and maintain high quality standards.
• Good communication skills and a strong team-oriented attitude.
• The ability to set priorities and switch flexibly within a dynamic production environment.

• Good command of the English language, both spoken and written.

Job Description Your duties: As a Production Support Worker, you are responsible for preparing and supporting production processes. Your tasks include:

• Supporting daily production activities within a GMP-cleanroom environment.
• Preparing, moving, and checking materials required for production processes.
• Performing cleanroom-related activities such as cleaning activities, room preparation, and material handling.
• Performing routine checks to ensure that production areas and equipment are ready for use.
• Working according to GMP guidelines and strictly adhering to safety, hygiene, and quality regulations.
• Collaborating with production departments and support teams to ensure an efficient production process.
• Identifying, reporting, and supporting the resolution of deviations or operational bottlenecks.
• Working in a 5-shift roster
