Introduction

In this hands-on role, you will work within a GMP-certified cleanroom environment on the production of advanced cell therapy products.

Together with your colleagues, you will ensure that high-quality and safe therapies become available to patients worldwide.

What do you bring?

We are looking for a precise and quality-oriented professional who enjoys working in a regulated environment.

Requirements:

• Completed laboratory education, mbo, hbo education, or bachelor's in Biotechnology, Biology, Life Sciences, or a similar field.
• Preferably at least 2 years of experience within a GMP cleanroom environment.
• Strong attention to detail and a quality-oriented mindset.
• Ability to follow procedures accurately and work in a structured manner.
• Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
• Good command of the English language, both oral and written. English is the working language within Lonza and daily communication, procedures, and documentation take place largely in English.
• Willingness to work in shift patterns, including evenings and weekends.
• In possession of a valid driver's license due to the limited availability of public transport during certain shifts.
