Quality Control Manager

-Manage and control the Quality Control system in the Electronic Wire / Cable Assembly production process -Control quality to comply with customer standards and requirements -Analyze and resolve quality issues: Defect / Customer Complaint / NCR -Develop and improve processes using Root Cause Analysis / 8D / CAPA -Control and develop the QA/QC team, including monitoring quality KPIs -Coordinate with Production, Engineering, and customers to resolve quality issues

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering / Science or a related field 8+ years of experience in QA/QC or Quality Management 3+ years of experience at a Manager level Experience in the Electronic / Wire Harness / Cable Assembly industry will be specially considered Knowledge of ISO 9001, 8D, FMEA, Control Plan, SPC, and Root Cause Analysis Good Leadership and Problem Solving skills Able to use English for work Able to work Monday - Saturday (6 days/week) Able to commute to work independently; the company does not provide a shuttle service
