Manufacturing Manager

-Manage and control the Electronic Wire Assembly production process to comply with the plan -Plan and schedule production to align with the Production Plan and Customer Demand -Manage Capacity Planning and allocate resources appropriately -Control Productivity, Quality, Cost, and Delivery to meet targets -Analyze production problems and determine solutions to increase efficiency -Improve production processes and reduce Downtime, Defect, and Production Loss -Manage manpower and allocate employees appropriately to the production plan -Coordinate with PE, Quality, Warehouse, Planning, and related departments -Monitor and report production results, including Production KPI, to management

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field 8+ years of experience in Manufacturing / Production Management in an Electronic Wire Assembly factory or the electronics industry 3+ years of experience at the Manager level Experience in Production Planning, Production Scheduling, and Capacity Planning Ability to manage teams and production capacity Skills in analyzing and solving production problems Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing / Productivity Improvement will be specially considered Leadership qualities and the ability to work well under pressure Ability to communicate in English Chinese language skills will be specially considered Able to commute to work independently; the company does not provide a shuttle service Able to work Monday - Saturday (6 days/week)
