Factory Director

• Manage and control the overall operations of the Electronic Wire Assembly factory
• Define policies, goals, and operational plans of the factory to align with company objectives
• Control Production, Quality, Cost, Delivery, and Productivity to meet targets
• Manage manpower and develop the potential of executives and factory employees
• Control and improve production processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs
• Oversee the Quality, Safety, Environment, and Compliance systems of the factory
• Coordinate with headquarters, customers, and relevant agencies both domestically and internationally
• Manage and develop teams within a Multinational Organization environment
• Analyze performance results and report to senior management, while defining solutions and development guidelines

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field Experience in Factory Management / Plant Management in an Electronic Wire Assembly factory or the electronics industry Experience managing a factory and teams at the Manager / Senior Manager / Factory Director level, with a minimum of 8–10 years of experience and at least 3–5 years of factory management experience Knowledge and experience in Production, Quality, Cost, Productivity, and Factory Operations High leadership skills, able to manage large teams and make effective decisions to solve problems Experience working in a Multinational Company will be specially considered Good English communication skills Chinese language skills will be specially considered Able to work under pressure and manage various situations well Able to work Monday - Saturday (6 days/week) Able to commute to work independently; the company does not provide shuttle service
