The Role

As the People Engagement Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in driving continuous improvement across employee experience, culture, and internal communications. Working collaboratively across the business, you will lead employee initiatives, recognition programmes, and internal community events that enhance employee satisfaction and retention.

Key Responsibilities

Engagement & Culture: Coordinate and execute people engagement, recognition, and inclusion initiatives that foster a positive, high-performing environment. Events & Campaigns: Plan and deliver internal employee campaigns, health & wellbeing initiatives, and cultural events. Employee Feedback: Assist with gathering, analyzing, and reporting on employee survey data (e.g., "Your Voice Matters") to drive actionable improvements. Network Support: Act as a key support link for internal employee groups, including Inclusion networks, the Junior Board, and Wellbeing committees. Stakeholder Collaboration: Build strong relationships across all departments to boost participation in company initiatives. Operations & Reporting: Maintain engagement planners, track budgets, and report on key engagement metrics and performance insights.

About You

Experience: Proven track record coordinating engagement initiatives, events, or HR/D&I projects (preferably within a people-focused or diversity & inclusion capacity). Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong administrative and organizational abilities. Mindset: Enthusiastic, structured, and passionate about creating exceptional employee experiences. Work Style: Highly collaborative, inclusive, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced setting.
