Sales Associate

Responsibilities:

Attend to customers and understand their needs.

Provide accurate information about products and services.

Promote products and actively generate sales.

Follow up with prospective and existing customers.

Achieve assigned sales targets.

Maintain good relationships with customers.

Handle customer enquiries and complaints professionally.

Keep the sales area neat, organized, and presentable.

Prepare sales reports and provide feedback to management.

Support promotional activities and other sales initiatives.

Requirements:

Minimum of 1–2 years’ experience in sales, retail, customer service, or a related role.

Confident, proactive, and target-driven.

Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and basic reporting.

Must be well-presented and professional.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
