Your tasks
As Bartender, you will prepare drinks with consistency, confidence and care while helping create the lively, generous atmosphere Basta is known for. You will also work on the floor to support and keep service smooth, organised and full of personality.
- Preparing cocktails, wines and drinks according to Basta standards.
- Delivering friendly, confident and engaging bar service.
- Keeping the bar clean, organised and ready for busy service.
- Supporting the floor team when needed to create a seamless guest experience.
- Managing stock, garnishes and bar preparation before and during service.
- Following hygiene, alcohol service and safety standards at all times.
Requirements
We’re looking for someone with energy, personality and a real passion for hospitality.
- Has previous bar or restaurant experience.
- Enjoys working in a busy, high-energy environment.
- Brings a positive attitude and confidence with guests.
- Works well as part of a team and communicates clearly.
- Takes pride in consistency, presentation and details.
- Is reliable, organised and willing to learn.
