Your tasks

Lead IT sourcing in close collaboration with internal stakeholders and vendors Drive procurement activities within significant corporate restructuring programs Negotiate with vendors and influence stakeholders to reach the best outcomes Communicate and present your work clearly to different audiences Take initiative and move things forward with an entrepreneurial, forward-looking mindset Deliver results, even in challenging and adverse situations

Requirements

5+ years of experience with IT sourcing working closely with the internal stakeholders and vendors Experience and proven success in Procurement role within significant corporate restructuring programs Entrepreneurial attitude with self-motivated, active and forward looking way of working Analytical mindset and ability to see whats relevant, enabling you both to manage the entities and dive deep to details as necessary Good negotiation and influencing as well as communication and presentations skills Ability to show results also in challenging and adverse situations Fluent English skills, both spoken and written

• Do you have 5+ years of experience in IT sourcing, working closely with internal stakeholders and vendors? Please describe.*
• Do you have experience in procurement or sourcing during a major organisational change, such as a restructuring, acquisition or divestment?*
• Do you have experience in sourcing or procurement within an industrial or manufacturing company, for example in process technology, automation or heavy industry?*
• Do you have a track record of delivering results in challenging or adverse situations?*
• Are you available to work onsite in one of the following locations: Raisio, Vantaa, Tampere or Jyväskylä?*
