We are looking for a Strategy and Transformation Specialist professional to act on the fronts of strategic Projects and business Transformation. Are you proactive, curious, and enjoy working in a team? Then, check out this opportunity and come be part of our team!

Responsibilities and duties

• Elaborate analyses and viewpoints on the national and international retail market;
• Structure databases for internal studies and market comparisons;
• Build structured executive presentations (storytelling and visual) with implications for LRSA businesses;
• Raise hypotheses, diagnostics, and structure robust action plans that support executive decision-making;
• Act in monitoring execution, ensuring that result indicators are achieved;
• Participate in discussions and provide knowledge to the teams (systemic vision, implications, and value generation).

Requirements and qualifications

• Experience in Strategic Planning, Financial Planning, or Strategic Consultancies;
• Degree in Administration, Economics, or Engineering;
• Advanced knowledge of Power Point and Excel;
• Advanced English;
• Strategic Mindset, analytical capacity, and systemic vision.
