Quality Analyst II

Look at what this opportunity will develop on a daily basis: The Quality Analyst ensures the operation for tests that impact product quality. Analyze, develop, and maintain best practices in order to guarantee the quality of our products for end customers.

Responsibilities and assignments Document and design solutions for Quality at Lojas Renner S.A. in the laboratory; Monitor internal and external inspections, conducting follow-up meetings for action plans and training related to Quality Renner processes and best practices; Plan and implement schedules for projects linked to the area; Analyze indicators and test requirements, create action plans, and point out improvement opportunities; Execute and analyze market research; Provide support to interface areas; Ensure that quality requirements are being followed according to business needs; Develop communication plans and presentations for meetings and webinars; Present project performance status; Training for internal and external customers regarding the processes and systems used; Prepare reports analyzing results; Guide suppliers and the product team regarding next steps and possible improvements in the evaluated product.

Requirements and qualifications Completed higher education, preferably in Textile Engineering; Experience with project management; Intermediate/advanced Excel; Advanced/fluent English; Experience in the described activities; Organization; Good communication and interpersonal skills; Desirable experience in fashion retail; Desirable Spanish - intermediate/advanced level.
