Restaurant Hostess / Server Assistant (M/F/D) - CDI As the first point of contact for restaurant customers, you are the ambassador of the establishment and contribute to creating a smooth, warm, and professional experience from the moment guests arrive. Your main missions Welcome & customer relations Welcome customers with courtesy, a smile, and professionalism

Manage restaurant reservations (telephone, e-mail, internal tools)

Escort customers to their table and present the restaurant concept

Manage waiting times and ensure optimal service flow

Organization & coordination Coordinate arrivals with the dining room and the kitchen

Optimize the seating plan in connection with the Dining Room Manager

Inform teams of customer specificities (VIP, allergies, events)

Setup & service Participate in the dining room setup (table setting, cleaning, equipment preparation)

Ensure the service of food and drinks under the responsibility of the Chef de rang

Clear and reset tables during and after service

Quality & image Ensure the cleanliness and order of the welcome area and the dining room

Be the guarantor of the establishment's image and standing

Apply LOISIUM standards and procedures

An operational level of English is required.

Profile sought Training & experience Training in hospitality-catering or tourism is appreciated

First successful experience in welcome, reception, or catering is a plus

Experience in a high-end establishment is appreciated

Skills & qualities Excellent presentation and sense of service

Interpersonal ease and a natural smile

Organization, reactivity, and priority management

Good oral expression, English is appreciated

Soft skills & availability Discretion, diplomacy, and professionalism

Team spirit and attention to detail

Availability for split shifts (lunch/evening services, weekends, public holidays)
