Marketing Team Lead

We are looking for an experienced Marketing Team Lead with strong expertise in SEO to lead our team of 6 marketing professionals.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in SEO and digital marketing , strong analytical skills, excellent English, and proven team-management experience.

Lead and manage a 6-person marketing team .

Develop and implement SEO strategies to increase organic traffic, rankings, and leads.

Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, on-page, technical, and off-page SEO .

Monitor and improve website performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs , and similar tools.

Manage SEO content strategy and link-building activities.

Track SEO KPIs and prepare performance reports.

Identify and resolve technical SEO issues.

Manage and optimize SMM and digital marketing activities .

Assign tasks, monitor team performance, and ensure deadlines are met.

Collaborate with content, design, and development teams.

3+ years of SEO/digital marketing experience.

Strong hands-on SEO knowledge.

Experience with SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Analytics, and Google Search Console .

Experience managing or leading a team.

Strong English communication skills.

Analytical, creative, and organized.

Knowledge of technical SEO and basic HTML/CSS is a plus.
